Sea and landscape studies of Raja Ampat Archipelago Indonesia.
Aboard an Indonesian schooner for for 3 days I used one of the first ever invented forms of photography to record time and landscape on the journey. As Charles Darwin used the method of cyanotype on his voyage on the Beagle to record his discoveries I chose it as a medium to chart my own ocean exploration.
I enjoyed how the ocean waters lapping over my photographic paper reflected the patterns and colours of the landscapes I sailed through.
