This selection contributed to a collaborative exhibition involving photographers from the local community and included students from Garden International School. Our exhibition successfully drew attention to the cause with reviews and articles in local and international press.

Using traditional 35mm film processing and darkroom printing only. This project intends to explore the relentless encroachment of modern development on the existence of the local village of Kampung Segumbut Dalam in Kuala Lumpur. The high rise condos of wealthy Mont Kiara cast a dark shadow on traditional rural life and present a vivid dichotomy all too familiar around the rapidly advancing new World.
